Editorial Policy
Every article on ClayHealth follows a written editorial workflow.
Workflow
- Draft — a writer prepares the article.
- Needs Fact Check — each significant health claim is matched to a public source, with title, URL and verification date recorded.
- Needs Medical Review — clinical topics are sent to a qualified health professional and are never auto-published.
- Approved
- Published
- Update Required — when guidance changes or an error is found.
Our rules
- No fabricated references, fake statistics or invented reviewer names.
- No misleading words like "cure" or "guaranteed".
- No unsafe home remedies or advice to stop medicines.
- Reviewer names only when a real review has happened.
- A "last updated" date on every article.
- Ads are kept separate from editorial content; advertisers do not influence what we write.
- Some starter articles were generated from editorial templates and are clearly labelled as general education.
